Trey and Laudan’s place is situated at a great location in Homewood (SoHo). They were always quick, responsive, and attentive to any questions we had. This place served us well and had what we needed for the weekend as we had a family member admitted at UAB. The proximity and drive time to get to UAB from this listing is great (~10 minute drive depending on what part of UAB you are going to). The walkability of their listing is also terrific since it’s within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores a few blocks away. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to explore downtown Birmingham, Homewood, and Mountain Brook or if you need a place to stay for any university or medical needs associated with UAB.
This was our 3rd time staying with Trey and Laudan and once again it did not disappoint - Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Trey and Lauren's place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home. The host was fantastic-attentive, and very responsive whenever we had a question. The location was great, and the entire experience from check in to check out was easy and enjoyable. This was our second time staying here and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.
